Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment Methods
We accept all major payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, PayPal, and Stripe.

Membership Options
a. Single Month Pass: One-time payment providing access for one month.
b. 6-Month Membership (Monthly Direct Debit): Recurring monthly payments for a 6-month period. Membership will roll over after 6 months unless you notify us via email or in person to cancel.
c. 6-Month Upfront Payment Program: One-time payment covering a full 6-month period.

Price Changes
Any price changes will only apply to new clients. Existing members on a membership or those who have paid upfront will not be affected by price changes. Changes will be communicated via email and in person when applicable.

Cancellations and Refunds
a. Level 1 Students: You may cancel and request a refund at any time during the course.
b. Level 2 and Above: You can cancel your membership after the initial 6-month period. No refunds will be provided once a payment has been processed.
c. Notice: We require a minimum of 3 days' notice before the start of a new term and before the next payment is due.
d. Refunds Under Special Circumstances: Refunds may be provided under special circumstances, at the discretion of the organizers.

Membership Pauses
Clients may pause their membership for up to 2 months due to travel or injury. There is no fee for pausing membership.Late Payments
No late fees will be charged. If a payment fails, the membership will be automatically canceled. In special circumstances, discretion may be applied.

Class Credits
We do not offer class credits for missed classes.

Trial Classes
You may attend one class each in Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 to determine which is the best fit for you, or opt for an assessment. Free beginner classes are unlimited and open to all.

Discount Codes and Promotions
No discount codes or promotions are currently offered.

Disputes
Any payment disputes will be handled by the manager, who will work to resolve the issue.

Termination of Membership
The school reserves the right to terminate any membership if a client does not adhere to our code of conduct or if the relationship is deemed incompatible.

Third-Party Platforms
Payments processed through third-party platforms such as Stripe and PayPal are subject to their terms and conditions.

Participant Conduct Policy
Purpose
To outline the standards, rules, conduct, procedures, responsibilities, and guidelines for all participants in quality Latin dance classes provided by the school.

Scope
This policy applies to all participants (irrespective of being a paying customer) in the school's activities.

Participant Conduct
Participants must maintain respectful conduct during classes.
Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Participants are expected to respect the professional judgment of staff and comply with reasonable directions.
All participants must be realistic about their own fitness and ability and disclose any relevant health or safety matters to the staff.
Participants are responsible for managing their own health and safety during classes.
Punctuality and cooperative participation are expected from all students.
Violation of these provisions may result in removal from the class and potential prohibition from future participation.

Participant Eligibility
All participants must meet a baseline level of fitness to engage in the classes fully.
Instructors may assess participants’ fitness and ability levels, and reserve the right to exclude individuals from classes for health or safety reasons.

Student Enrollment and Payments
All participants must complete the school's waiver and enrollment form before participating in any classes.
Payments must be made before joining any classes, excluding free beginner classes.
A 100% money-back guarantee applies to courses if participants are unsatisfied.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Participant information will remain confidential and will not be shared without express permission.
Payment details and other sensitive information will be securely stored and managed.
